Where is your office located?

Our office is at 18 King Street, Toronto, Canada, but we operate entirely online for your convenience. This allows you to handle your tax filing from the comfort of your home without the hassle of commuting or scheduling in-person visits.


With our paperless system, you can securely share documents and avoid the back-and-forth of chasing missing paperwork, saving you time and effort. Our streamlined process ensures a fast, stress-free experience, superior to traditional in-person filing.

Do you accept in-person appointments?

No, we are a fully remote firmand do not accept in-person appointments. Our services are entirely online, allowing you to handle everything from the comfort of your home—no commuting, no waiting rooms, no hassle.

Think about it: instead of spending time traveling back and forth to an office, you could use that time to do what matters most to you—whether it’s spending quality time with your family, focusing on your work, or simply relaxing.

How much time does it take to get refunds in my bank account?

Refunds typically take 2 weeks after filing, depending on CRA processing times. However, if you file early, you can receive your refund much sooner.


During March and April, the peak tax season, CRA processing times can be significantly delayeddue to high volumes. To avoid long wait times and ensure you get your refund quickly, it’s highly advisable to file your taxes as early as possible. The sooner you file, the sooner your money is back in your hands!

What payment methods do you accept?

Our preferred payment method is e-transfer, as it offers a quick, secure, and seamless way to settle your payments. However, we also accept credit card paymentsthrough Stripe, providing flexibility for those who prefer using cards.
